To help new employees fully understand Senze Group, adapt to the environment quickly, take on their roles, and promote communication and interaction among employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work atmosphere, the Group's Human Resources Department organized the first new employee onboarding training of 2017 on the morning of March 30th. A total of 41 new employees participated in the training.
The training consisted of two parts: The first part covered company knowledge and culture (including company introduction and corporate culture, introduction to company leaders, organizational structure, employee mindset, and regulations); the second part covered safety knowledge (safety, environmental protection, fire safety, occupational health, and labor discipline). The main goal was to help new employees get to know, understand, and integrate into Senze in a short period.
To enhance the training's effectiveness, a post-training assessment was conducted based on the training content to further deepen the new employees' understanding and memory of the material.
This training specially invited Gao Chao, section chief of the Enterprise Management Department's Safety Production Section, to lecture on safety-related knowledge. With the successful completion of the training, the new employees gained not only the training content but also insights into how to quickly integrate into the team and company, and improve their personal skills. Employees who have been assigned to their positions will face the challenges and tests of their work. We believe that in their new positions, they will work together to create a brighter future for Senze through their continuous efforts.
In the next phase, the Human Resources Department will continue to conduct various specialized training sessions on business knowledge and work skills, regularly assigning personnel to provide follow-up guidance and supervision, evaluating training results, and using a series of observation and testing methods to assess the application of training knowledge and skills and behavioral improvements in actual work. We will comprehensively collect, analyze, and assess the impact and return on investment of the training for the company, further improving the employees' overall quality.
