With the strong support of General Manager Liu Shuaihong, organized and planned by the Group Human Resources Department, Senze Groupthemed "Unleash Youthful Passion, Unite Team Strength"2018annual outdoor expansion training on8Month11Day kicked off. This expansion training aims to cultivate employees' spirit of self-breakthrough and initiative, experience responsibility and gratitude, enhance team cohesion and combat effectiveness, cultivate employees' awareness of cooperation, communication and coordination, and give full play to individual roles in the team.
Morning9o'clock, the team arrived at the training ground of the Northwest Zhan Shen Hunting Falcon Special Training Base in Wangcun, Xinyi Town, Lishi District, Lvliang City. The employees were energetic, arranged in four columns, and eager to try, opening the prelude to the expansion training.
More than forty people were divided into4teams, each team selecting a captain. New teams were formed by employees from different units and departments. Under the call of the captain, everyone worked together, brainstormed, and within the stipulated time, they decided on team names, slogans, team songs, team flags, and formations, creating their own unique team culture, and conducted wonderful team presentations in a competitive manner.
In the day and a half training,4teams' members were unstoppable and invincible, respectively challenging the rapid60seconds, inspiring hearts, military400meters, real-personCSbattle, trust back-fall, battlefield roll call, the power of breath, graduation wall, bonfire party and many other meaningful expansion training projects. Everyone was very interested and enthusiastic, and felt the power of the team in their participation.
"Rapid60seconds" is a memorable game. On the ground are placed30cards representing1—30numeric information. The cards do not indicate numbers, but some figurative patterns, some are English, etc. Each team is required to fully associate and identify the numbers represented. The task is to hand over the cards in the circle from smallest to largest to the instructor within60seconds. After each team member enters the field, only1team members can operate the cards in order. The instructor confirms the cards after receiving them; if the order is incorrect, they are retrieved again. In just60seconds, everyone re-acquainted themselves with their team. The tight deployment, the challenge of seizing every second, every readjustment, every collision of ideas, and every second of progress were all joys of success. At this moment, the goal of all team members was unprecedentedly consistent, and their belief was unprecedentedly firm,凝聚成一股团结的力量。
The scene was extremely intense during the inspiring hearts segment, but members of each team found the rules and tricks of the game in the shortest time. Relying on100%focus and belief, they refreshed records time and again, and gradually improved team cooperation and tacit understanding.
What falls is trust; what holds is responsibility. Each teammate's hands are tied, and the teammates stand shoulder to shoulder, using their arms to build a solid"safety net." The teammate stands on the high back-fall platform,with their back to everyone, shouting"Are you ready？”，The answer was a neat and clear"Ready!”。Then lean back,letting go of doubts and worries and falling down with peace of mind. All teammates lean back, regardless of height, weight, or build, and can safely fall into the arm bed built by the teammates below. Falling down without any worries requires not only courage but also full trust in the teammates below. An excellent team must have unity, trust, and cooperation. Only when team members work together and help each other can they ultimately achieve the team's goals.
For employees participating in expansion training for the first time,"graduation wall" is absolutely passionate and unforgettable. Because the previous projects were all group activities, the intensity and difficulty of the activities were moderate, but the graduation wall integrated all personnel together, becoming a large collective.4.2meter high wall,30teammates, without using any external force, must all pass. Facing difficulties, working together, and helping each other, under the leadership of Captain Hou Zongdong and Vice Captain Mu Yajun, the physically fit male employees used the "human pyramid" method to build a human ladder for other members to climb, laying the foundation and contributing their strength. Then, the agile male employees used the human ladder to climb over the wall, and then used the "pull up and push down" method to allow everyone to climb over the wall. After repeated attempts and failures, finally, the last teammate, Li Jianwen, was pulled up by Captain Hou Zongdong, who was hanging upside down, and pulled up together by the teammates who had already successfully climbed the wall, perfectly embodying the spirit of never giving up! Only after climbing over this "graduation wall" can everyone truly graduate from this expansion activity. After the baptism of tears and sweat, the concepts of "collective," "team," "cooperation," and "persistence" truly entered the hearts of everyone.
Outdoor expansion is not only a simple training but also a cultural cultivation, a spiritual uplift, and a cultivation of ideas. Each activity allows everyone to deeply understand the magic of trust and unity, the importance of order and cooperation, and the greatness of goals and perseverance.
