In accordance with the requirements of the Senze Group's informatization and paperless office work, and to ensure the smooth implementation of the Group's OA office software and related workflows, the Group Company organized a second series of training sessions on June 26th for all administrative personnel of the Group and its subsidiaries, themed "Employee Quality Improvement" and focused on "OA Office Automation System Training." The following is a report on the training situation:
Before the meeting, Wang Jiping, Minister of the General Department, explained in detail to the trainees the purpose and significance of using the OA office automation system, giving the participants a basic understanding of OA. During the class, Li Xingchao, the developer of the OA system, introduced the Group's OA office automation system, providing detailed explanations and demonstrations of login procedures, the use of common functions, and the workflow of core modules such as approval, incoming documents, and outgoing documents. Through the training, the trainees gained a good grasp of the OA system, and the training activity achieved its expected results.
After the training, Liu Mingling, Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President of the Group, delivered an important speech. The speech pointed out that the use of the OA office automation system is a landmark achievement in Senze Enterprise's transition to modern, refined management. It called on leaders at all levels to take the lead in earnestly implementing the system, ensuring that it is not abandoned halfway, and that this work is resolutely carried out until it is successful.
