The surface filling system of the Xinfei Xia Shanmao Coal Mining Co., Ltd., in Liulin, Shanxi, for its paste filling mining project is located in the industrial square. The main raw materials for filling are gangue and binder. The filling system capacity is designed to be200m³/h，8No. coal seamThe designed production capacity of the filling mining is30ten thousandt/a，The finished paste filling material is pumped to the filling working face through a special high-pressure pump and seamless wear-resistant steel pipes. The filling system consists of a aggregate processing system, a proportioning mixing and pumping system, a pipeline system, and a filling working face system. The newly constructed facilities mainly include: gangue stacking shed, gangue crushing workshop, crushing workshop dust removal system, belt gallery to raw gangue bin, gangue buffer bin, belt gallery to filling building, filling building, filling hall, pipe and valve room, powder bin, integrated control and experiment building, power distribution room, air compressor room and other production buildings and structures.
