The following is a report on the content of the first "Fire Safety Knowledge" training session:
In order to enhance the fire safety awareness of company employees, understand the hazards of fire, prevent and reduce the occurrence of fire accidents, and master self-defense and self-rescue capabilities. On May 23, 2014, the Group organized a fire safety knowledge training lecture for all employees.
In the class, the training instructor, Gao Chao, gave a comprehensive and systematic explanation to all employees on basic fire knowledge, escape and self-rescue in a fire, basic measures for fire fighting, and typical fire cases, and introduced escape and self-rescue in the event of a disaster. Combining basic fire safety knowledge, he focused on checking and eliminating fire hazards, organizing and guiding personnel evacuation, and how to use fire extinguishers, enabling participating employees to gain a certain understanding of fire safety theoretical knowledge.
Subsequently, Li Kang, security manager of Guomao Hotel, was invited to give an on-site lecture in the Group's office area on how to extinguish fires and evacuate. Through theory and practice, everyone mastered fire escape and self-rescue skills.
This training combined theory with practice, systematically covering fire prevention, fire fighting, self-rescue, and escape, enabling everyone to truly strengthen their fire safety awareness, preventing problems before they occur, and ensuring the development of fire safety work. At the same time, fire safety knowledge has been effectively disseminated among employees, laying a solid foundation for creating a safe and stable working environment.
