Today, on behalf of Senze Group, Iam very pleased to meet here with 41 aided college students and their parents. I would like to take this opportunity to extend a warm welcome to all the leaders attending the donation ceremony on behalf of Senze Group and all its employees! And to offer my sincere congratulations to the students and their parents who are receiving funding!
Below I will mainly talk about three points:
1. Precise assistance, contributing the company's modest efforts
The Golden Autumn Assistance Program is Senze Group's main measure for precise poverty alleviation, precise assistance, and precise problem-solving. It's also an important measure to help poor students from their hometowns leave the mountains, change their lives, and cultivate local talent. Furthermore, it is in response to the call of the higher-level Party committee and government to solve the problem of children from special families attending school, contributing our modest efforts, doing good deeds, and allowing the children in the mountains to leave the mountains early and realize their college dreams.
2. Giving back to society, solving urgent problems for the people
3Over the years, the company has made significant progress. The group has eight subsidiaries and more than ten physical mining enterprises, with total assets exceeding 11 billion yuan, more than 4,000 employees, and an annual output value of 6 billion yuan. This is due, firstly, to the good policies of the Party, and secondly, to the strong support of the people in our hometown. As a local private enterprise, we have the responsibility and obligation to repay our fellow villagers and actively participate in the Golden Autumn Assistance Program, giving back to the people of our hometown with practical actions. For fifteen consecutive years, we have funded 623 college students from our hometown, with a total investment of 3.341 million yuan. This year, we are providing assistance in three categories to 41 students: category one, children of employees in category A and B of undergraduate programs, receiving a one-time subsidy of 4,000 yuan; category two, children from relatively poor families in category A and B of undergraduate programs, receiving a one-time subsidy of 5,000 yuan, totaling 150,000 yuan in assistance; and category three, students from particularly poor families in the whole township who have been admitted toundergraduate programs willhave category A and B undergraduate and graduate students from particularly poor families included as continuous recipients of aid.Students such as Chen Guofei, Liu Jun, and Li Jinping come from the most ordinary rural families that mainly rely on farming, and their families are relatively average; Cheng Ruru from Rongxi Village relies on subsistence allowances to make ends meet; Li Xufang from Shang Caojiapo's father passed away, and her mother is critically ill (late-stage esophageal cancer), with no one to rely on; Jia Yuanyuan from Renjiashan's father passed away, and her mother is intellectually disabled, relying on the help of neighbors for daily meals; Wang Dong from Wangjiagou's father is disabled, and they are registered as impoverished households in Wangjiagou Township. We see the plight of these students' families, and we feel their pain. We strive to solve the practical problems of our fellow villagers.
3.
Increase efforts and extend assistance further
As the company continues to grow and develop, in the future, we will increase the efforts of the Golden Autumn Assistance Program. In addition to thesix conditions set this year, we will gradually relax the threshold and increase the number of people who receive continuous funding for tuition during their college years: firstly, children from particularly poor families in category B or above (including category B) of undergraduate programs, including related majors; secondly, students admitted to 985 and 211 national key universities who are not from poor families; and thirdly, graduate students from poor or non-poor families. By relaxing the funding conditions, we will enable children from particularly poor families to afford education, allow children from non-poor families to enter high-level universities for further study, and encourage gratitude. After they become successful, they will know how to give back to their hometown, the company, and society.
4.Words of hope, spreading love and passing the baton
Students, the future of your families rests on your shoulders; the future of our hometown also requires your participation, and the future of Senze needs your active support. The assistance work is always ongoing. I would like to offer three points of hope:
1. I hope that all of you students here will cherish this opportunity to study and transform this deep love into the motivation to learn, allowing the seeds of love to be passed down from generation to generation.
2. I hope that in the halls of the university, you students will acquire knowledge, master skills, increase your abilities, hone your awareness, set your sights high, and strive tirelessly. Transform Senze Group's love into the motivation to be grateful to society, grateful to your parents, and determined to succeed, and transform the care of the Party and government into the motivation to study diligently, make progress, give back to your parents, and give back to society.
