Now, it is publicly recruiting for middle-management personnel to fill the vacancies created by this adjustment.
I. Recruitment Purpose
To meet the requirements of the company's sustained development and strategic transformation, accelerating the building of a talent pool and cultivating a professional team with a strong work ethic, excellent professional skills, and a reasonable talent structure has become paramount. Through a rational and efficient recruitment process, relevant middle-management cadres will be publicly recruited from society to provide high-quality human resources for the company's development.
II. Recruitment Principles

III. Recruitment Positions and Number of Positions
Three positions are to be recruited: 1 Director of the Enterprise Management Department, 1 Director of the Project Management Department, and 1 Director of the Public Relations Department.
IV. Recruitment Requirements
(1) Basic Requirements
1. Must be a citizen of the People's Republic of China, uphold the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and abide by the law.
2. Must be in good health and meet the company's physical examination standards for employee recruitment.
3. Must have good character and morals and have not been subject to disciplinary action or legal punishment at other companies.
4. Must possess solid professional knowledge, meet the company's job requirements, abide by company management, comply with all regulations, have good professional ethics, good teamwork spirit, and high work enthusiasm.
(2) Job Responsibilities
① Director of Enterprise Management Department:
1. Responsible for the supervision and management of the company's safety, production, and environmental protection.
2. Responsible for the Group's supervision and management of the safety, environmental protection, and production performance of its subsidiaries.
3. Responsible for the supervision and management of the company's production equipment operation.
4. Participate in the investigation and handling of company safety production accidents and environmental pollution accidents, and provide opinions on accident handling in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Group.
5. Responsible for the Group's performance management of its subsidiaries.
6. Responsible for the supervision of the company's energy conservation and emission reduction.
7. Responsible for the management of the company's external production statistical reports.
8. Responsible for the business training of departmental personnel.
Job Qualification Requirements:
Gender: Both men and women are welcome; males are preferred.
Age: 50 years old and below; internal candidates may be extended to 55 years old;
Education Level: Full-time college diploma or above.
Major: Engineering, Management, Mining, or Chemical Engineering.
Training Experience: Training in enterprise management, safety production, operation, finance, and law.
Professional Qualification: Registered Safety Engineer preferred;
Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in safety production management;
Professional Knowledge: Master production management and safety and environmental protection management knowledge; understand financial management; be familiar with Company Law, Contract Law, Labor Law, Safety Production Law, Product Quality Law, Environmental Protection Law; be familiar with quality management system, total quality management, probability and mathematical statistics, and performance management.
Competencies: Possess excellent organizational, coordination, innovation, planning, execution, teamwork, subordinate training, leadership, decision-making, control, communication, learning, and analytical judgment capabilities.
② Director of Project Management Department:
1. Responsible for organizing and implementing the construction management of major investment projects;
2. Responsible for the argumentation, approval, and supervision of major repair and renovation projects and minor projects.
3. Responsible for formulating the company's engineering project and technological transformation project management system, and managing the construction and acceptance of projects;
4. Responsible for liaising and coordinating with maintenance companies;
Job Qualification Requirements:

Major: Architectural Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering
Training Experience: Training in engineering project management, safety production, operation, finance, and law.
Professional Qualification: Preference given to candidates with one or more of the following professional qualifications: Registered Constructor, Registered Engineer, Registered Architect, Registered Cost Engineer, Registered Supervisor, etc.
Work Experience: More than 10 years of experience in engineering project construction management;
Professional Knowledge: Master engineering project and safety management knowledge; understand financial management; be familiar with Construction Law, Bidding Law, Construction Contract Law, and Construction Engineering Quality Law.
Competencies: Possess excellent organizational, coordination, innovation, planning, execution, teamwork, subordinate training, leadership, decision-making, control, communication, learning, and analytical judgment capabilities.
③ Director of Public Relations Department:
1. Responsible for the coordination and management of the company's public relations.
2. Responsible for the handling, change, and management of licenses and documents required for the company's production, operation, and construction.
3. Responsible for handling work-related injury disputes.
4. Responsible for public relations handling of company emergency events.
Job Qualification Requirements:

Age: 50 years old and below; internal candidates may be extended to 55 years old.
Hukou (Household Registration): Liulin Hukou or Liulin origin.
Education Level: Full-time high school diploma or above.
Major: No restrictions.
Training Experience: No restrictions.
Professional Qualification: No restrictions.
Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in government and enterprise coordination and legal affairs;
Professional Knowledge: Familiar with the law.
Competencies: Excellent organizational, communication, execution, teamwork, subordinate development, leadership, decision-making, control, and analytical judgment skills.

VI. Qualification Review
1. The Human Resources Department will review the qualifications of applicants and screen those who meet the recruitment requirements. The main qualifications reviewed are: (1) Original and copy of ID card; (2) Original and copy of household registration book; (3) Original and copy of education certificate; (4) Originals and copies of various professional qualifications, employment qualifications, and business skills certificates.
VII. Assessment Method`nbsp_tag
This competition assessment is divided into three parts:
1. Written Examination for Competitors
Competitors will participate in the corresponding written examination according to different positions. The written examination score accounts for 60% of the total score.
2. Competitor Interview
All competitors will participate in a unified interview. The interview score accounts for 40% of the total score.
The interview panel will consist of 5-7 people, with one chief examiner. The main content of the competitor interview is:
① Introduction of Basic Information
Requirements: neat appearance, elegant demeanor, clear articulation, polite language; objective and accurate introduction of personal basic information; relevant work experience or management experience.
② Competitive Advantages
Familiarity with the theory and practice of this position or understanding of this position; organization, principles, cooperation, management artistry, communication expression, and execution.
③ Management Ideas After Taking Office
Prominent theme, clear levels, accurate wording, clear logic; whether the proposed management plan is persuasive ; novel ideas and innovative spirit .
④ On-site Questions
Note: Each interview is limited to 7 minutes.
Assessment Score = Written Examination Score × 60% + Interview Score × 40%
VIII. Employment
Ranking will be announced based on the competition results. After the announcement is made without objection, the successful candidates will be employed and enter a probationary period of three months, and sign an employment contract with the company.
IX. Others
Matters not covered will be notified separately. The right of interpretation belongs to the Group's Human Resources Department.
